At COKODIVE BULK BUYS, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, but we accept returns on defective or incorrect bulk shipments within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Approval & Labeling
Once your request is audited and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in the original shipping crates or boxes to ensure no damage occurs during the return transit.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned bulk goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
